Sometimes there is a false impression that speculation of properties in Jackson Hole are low risk opportunities because of our present high appreciation rates in this hot Real Estate market. Each investment opportunity is usually at high prices in Teton County and market conditions are sometimes variable. At present, many investments display a great track record of seeing good increases, especially in under-developed property in Jackson Hole. This type of speculation is not for the faint and weary of heart and usually requires great vision and hard work. The reward can many times produce 30, 60 and one hundred percent ROI in great situations.
