Our property management division is committed to providing excellent service to our homeowners as well as our guests. Ed Miller, who provides on site service to our homeowners property, heads up our team of property manager agents.
We know that our property owners have individual needs and we try to accommodate each owner individually. Our on-line booking engines will allow each of our homeowners to stay current on bookings and block their property on-line. Our staff will also make catering and dinner reservations for our owners and guests visiting the area.
Our accounting department is headed up by Mary Pierce and reviewed by our CPA each month for precision and ethical bookkeeping records. Owners are paid promptly at the beginning of each month for reservations of the preceding month. The statement includes accurate guest stays and nightly rental rates per each guest. Owners are never charged for their stay and will receive one weekly complimentary clean while in residence.
Our homeowner relations department can do it all - from answering questions, reserving homeowner and homeowner guest stays, reviewing billing statements, recommending upgrade packages for your property, to sending a gift to a visiting friend or family member.
We also encourage our owners to list their property for sale through our Real Estate division, should they decide to sell. All owners shall receive a discounted 4.5 % listing commission rate. There is a tremendous advantage to have us sell your property as your Jackson Hole property manager. We are able to coordinate showings easily with our visiting lodging reservations guests and provide our management services to the next owner with a seamless contract at the time of the sale.
