Our Property Management company is located in downtown Jackson Hole at the Miller Park Lodge. All of our linens are serviced through High Country linen in Jackson. We store and provide delivery of all linen inventories at our hotel property. We keep a one night supply of linens as extra inventory at our managed properties should we need to do a mid-week clean upon request. We charge our guests for extra cleaning over and above the checkout clean.
This convenient downtown location is also great for check in procedures for our guests arriving in from the airport. Our housekeeping staff has been with us for several years and performs excellent cleaning services for all our property rentals. As well our maintenance help has been with us for over 2 years and are capable of fixing and or repairing minor items on needed basis. We use professional sub-contractors for larger projects such as plumbing, electrical and any structural issues that need direct immidiate attention.
We always request/receive a bid if we believe any repair or replacement is in excess of $500.00 unless it is an emergency that may be hazardous or dangerous to guests for any reason. We always contact our owners immediately for anything over a $200.00 repair request. We want our owners to enjoy simple lifestyles for thier real estate investment property, while our guests in residence enjoy thier stay to help make the vacation an memorable one.
Our property manager and agents carefully monitor all issues and complaints of the guests while in residence at our luxury home rentals and Jackson Hole Rental Condos. We keep several extra appliances such as TV's, stereos and other kitchen items as needed for back-ups in a temporary repair or replacement situation at a storage facility located at our other locally owned hotel, the Elk Refuge Inn. We also keep several extra roll-a-ways beds at that location and can deliver them to our properties if requested by the reservations department.
