The newest subdivision within the town limits of Jackson Hole is the Karns Hillside Subdivision. Originally known as the old Karns Family Ranch the subdivision is located south of the base of Snow King Mountain Resort, our town ski area. The lots were carved out on a hillside and feature sloped lots of a little less than an acre. The subdivision was well laid out and also features nice town homes at the base of the development.
The developer lots sold out quickly and now most of the lots have been developed with homes between $600,000 and the $1,500,000 range. The views are quite unique looking down over flat creek meandering through the old Karns Ranch and Rodeo Grounds.
